Configure Templates for Email Notifications

To configure email notification templates, users must click on the Email Notifications hyperlink in the Settings screen (All Settings ➜ Templates). When selected, the Email Notification Set Up screen appears that displays the following tabs:

• Room Ready

• Bulk Email

• Check In

• Check-Out

• Test Email

Users can configure individual templates for sending room ready, check-in, and check-out invitations to guests.
